Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended, but we will always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

Once dispatched, standard delivery times generally take 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee (delivery times vary between 1–3 business days once dispatched).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum spend requirements (if applicable, it will be clearly advertised).
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us with your order number.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once your parcel has been lodged with the courier, it is in their control. We will assist where possible, but delivery delays are not grounds for refund.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the courier’s stated timeframe, please contact us and we will help lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
