Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through MARZ The Label. By purchasing from us, you accept the terms described here.

2. Returns (Exchange)

  • If you simply change your mind about a purchase or require a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days from the date the goods are delivered to you.

  • To be eligible for exchange:

    • The goods must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided.

    • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value.

  • Clearance or final-stock items may be excluded from change-of-mind exchanges, in that case it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds (Money-Back)

  • We offer a refund (money returned via the original payment method) within 7 days of receipt of your returned goods, provided:

    • The returned goods meet the conditions in Section 2 (unused, tags intact, proof of purchase).

    • You have notified us of your return request and the goods have been approved for refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

  • Please allow for any banks/payment-processors to complete the refund processing time.

4. How to Return / Exchange

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@marzthelabel.com.au and include your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the goods.

  • It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we’ll process your exchange or refund as soon as possible (see Section 3 for timeframe).
